Processing Time
-All orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). As a small business, all orders are carefully handled and packaged by one person, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!

Shipping Times
-Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
-You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Packages
